Do you support steroids or performance-enhancing drugs?+

No. Becoming Health is natural training and nutrition only. If you use or are considering PEDs/TRT, that's a medical decision — please work with a licensed physician. We won't advise on dosing.

Will it work with just dumbbells or bodyweight?+
